A space where you don't have to perform.
Trauma-informed, queer-affirmative therapy, at the pace that feels right for you. I'm Vallari, and I work with people moving through anxiety, grief, trauma, and the relationships that shape us.
Others are others; I am I.
You set the pace. When something feels like too much, we pause. When it feels right, we begin. Understanding what you carry takes time, with a lot of gentle, active breaks along the way.
People come to me while moving through many different things.
Queer-affirmative and trauma-informed. An inclusive space where you don't have to mask who you are, and where the most unfiltered version of you is not only welcome, but appreciated.
An eclectic approach, tailored to you.
There's no one-size-fits-all in therapy. After we understand together what you need, I draw from the modalities that suit you rather than fitting you to a method.
Expect grounding work, honest reflection, useful analogies, and humour when it helps. Feedback flows both ways. This is a two-way process, and how you show up for yourself matters as much as anything I bring.
Three unhurried steps.
Reach out
Request an introduction call and share as much or as little as you'd like. There's no pressure to explain everything.
A short intro call
We talk briefly so you can get a feel for me, ask anything, and see whether it feels like the right space for you.
Decide together
If it feels like a fit, we begin. If not, that's completely okay. Your comfort comes first, always.
Practical details.
Request an introduction call
A short, unhurried conversation to see whether we're the right fit. Tell me a little about you, and I'll be in touch.
Your request is on its way.
Thank you for reaching out. I'll get back to you soon. There's no rush from here, we begin when you're ready.
